Sales Manager – HigherEdBPO Inc. (USA)

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business, building strong relationships with university stakeholders, and positioning HigherEdBPO’s AI and technology solutions as mission-critical tools for institutional success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with colleges, universities, and education organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Present and demonstrate HigherEdBPO solutions, including Lumina Campus AI and related service offerings
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Enrollment leaders, Student Services, and IT leadership
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales forecasts
  • Represent HigherEdBPO at conferences, webinars, and industry events
  • Share market insights to support product development and strategic planning

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (higher education sales experience is a strong advantage)

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to understand and articulate technology- and AI-driven solutions

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Manager – Application Support Team

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8+ years in application support

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Application Support Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving enterprise applications. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, optimizing support processes, and collaborating with IT and business teams

Finance Controller

We are hiring a Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, manage budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and reporting.
